For existing Alisar Charting subscribers wanting to add users:
On-line Subscriptions and Off-line Modules are instantly and easily purchased within the Alisar Charting software.
Once your database is enabled for Off-line Modules (at your Alisar administrator's request), your Alisar administrator can add either type of license without first contacting us.
| 1) | make sure you are logged in to the application with administrator privileges. |

| 2) | from the "Administration Page, click "Create New Participant" |
 |
|||
| 3) | Select "Licensed Participant".
|
 |
|||
| 4) | Complete and save the record as specified in the user manual. Your organization will be billed automatically. |

To activate the Off-line Module for an existing participant:
| 1) | make sure you are logged in to the application with administrator privileges, and check with Alisar customer service that yoru database is "DOLS-enabled". |
|

| 2) | Open their participant preferences. |
 |
|||
| 3) | At the DOLS Configuration, check DOLS Off-line Enabled |
 |
|||
| 4) | Save the changes. Your organization will be billed automatically.
