The Alisar Charting On-Line Subscription is more than just great management software - it's a service hosted on the Internet. We give you and your group a "virtual planning room" and keep your data safe and secure, but still accessible to you from anywhere you have a broadband connection to the Internet.
You CAN take it with you...
For times when you can't connect to the Internet, we offer an add-on to the 0n-line subscription called the Alisar Charting Off-line Module. The Off-line module allows users to work with their charts while away from the Internet and synchronize their data when they reconnect.

For organizations with more stringent security requirements, the Corporate Security Option is a custom solution tailor-made to your security needs.
Volume Pricing:
We offer discounts for 25 or more licenses of the On-line Subscription and Off-line Modules. We also offer Annual Purchase Commitment programs allowing you to purchase as you need to at a preferred price throughout the year in exchange for a minimum annual volume commitment. Educators and learning institutions also enjoy a preferred pricing schedule.

| Alisar Charting Individual Online Plan: Users log in to their project charts from Internet Explorer while connected to the Internet. Each license includes:

| Alisar Charting Business Plan: Users log in from Internet Explorer while connected to the Internet, Allows greatest flexibility for users as they add and subtract users monthly as needed.

| Offline Upgrade: • Set up for each user – $150 USD • Price per month per offline user: $2 USD • Offline use is nontransferable. |
| Remote Training: Remote training by appointment at your boardroom, office or residence. Requires a phone line (you call us), broadband internet connection and remote screen-sharing capability.*** $150.00 USD per hour (plus your long distance phone charges) |
| Onsite Training: For larger groups or more in-depth training, bring one of our trainers in by the day. |

More about non-licensed participants:
There are times you'd like to list someone as a project member, but they won't ever login to Alisar Charting - an external supplier, for instance - and you don't want to pay for an Online Subscription that won't be used. Simply enter the project member into Alisar Charting as a non-licensed participant. Restrictions: they can't login, nor can they receive e-mail alerts.
If you need more than 10 non-licensed participants in a database, simply buy another Online Subscription for each 10 non-licensed participants you need to enter in a database.
Remote screen sharing:
Your Alisar trainer can use Lotus Sametime, Netopia Timbuktu, Microsoft Terminal services or your existing GoToMyPC account to securely share a computer screen while talking with you over the phone. We'll be happy to talk with your IT professional to determine the best method for you. (Setup fees may apply when initially configuring applications through corporate firewalls.)
